· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must have proven customer service experience

· Must have experience working with Windows computer systems

· Must have reliable transportation

· Ability to work outside normal hours or work week

· Critical thinking and ability to research issues

## Description

· Assist students, parents, and teachers with various technology issues over the phone or in person.

· Troubleshoot and perform repairs on Chromebooks and Windows based computers

· Manage user accounts

· Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues

· Keep tech rooms clean and organized

· Setup computers/printers in classrooms and offices

· Must be able to climb ladders and get under desks

· Use a ticketing system for accountability and customer service

· Provide professional, courteous customer service

· Maintain ongoing inventory

· Be cheerfully willing to work towards the better good of the school at times even when asked to assist with duties not in your regular work schedule

· Attend all scheduled staff meetings and attend designated school functions outside of school hours if asked

· Follow the GEO Foundation and school policies and procedures.

· Preform other duties, as deemed appropriate
