Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications The following are not required but are a plus: * Familiarity with the legacy Echelon ERP and experience migrating Windows Forms functionality into web-based platforms. * Exposure to both Microsoft and open-source technologies. * Experience constructing operational and financial reports. * Experience interfacing with a Help Desk to triage and resolve reported issues. * Comfortable working in a small, collaborative developer-shop environment. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction. * Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Quick learner who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. ## Description The role of the Full-Stack .NET Developer is to modernize and enhance BuildOn Technologies' Echelon Web platform, the next-generation evolution of the company's ERP system. This position is responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, developing robust back-end services, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end applications, APIs, and enterprise data sources. The developer will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle while helping transform complex business workflows into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
