* Proven experience leading ATS migration projects
 * Strong project management and PMO skills
 * Experience managing multi-vendor implementations
 * Background in data migration, system integrations, and cutover planning
 * Excellent stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and third-party vendors
 * Experience with Phenom, UKG, or iCIMS is a plus

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a major talent technology transformation project. This role will oversee the migration from iCIMS to Phenom (ATS) and UKG (Onboarding), ensuring successful implementation, vendor coordination, data migration, system integrations, and go-live execution., * Drive project planning, execution, and governance

 * Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables
 * Coordinate testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities
 * Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive status reporting
 * Ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new platforms
