This role helps maintain accurate employee, job, compensation, and organizational data; prepares standard reports; supports annual compensation planning activities; assists with HR system updates, testing, and troubleshooting; and maintains process documentation. Compensation Administration Support * Support routine administration of compensation processes, including approved salary adjustments, promotions, incentives, and annual compensation planning activities. * Maintain compensation-related files, salary range tables, job data, and approval documentation in accordance with established guidelines. * Prepare standard compensation reports and data files for review by People Business Partners, Finance, and HR leadership. * Track approvals, deadlines, and required documentation to support accurate and timely execution of compensation processes. Compensation Data and Reporting Support * Assist with gathering and organizing compensation data from internal systems and external survey tools as directed. * Run standard reports and complete routine data checks to help identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated information. * Escalate data questions, exceptions, or potential issues to the appropriate People team member for review and resolution. Compensation Planning Coordination * Assist with the logistics of annual compensation planning, including preparing templates, tracking submissions, and maintaining process documentation. * Enter approved compensation changes into HR systems and validate entries for accuracy. * Maintain status trackers and communicate routine updates to internal stakeholders as directed. HR Systems & Technology: * Provide basic HR system support by answering routine user questions, documenting issues, and escalating complex items to IT, vendors, or HR system owners. * Run standard reports and support routine reporting needs for HR operations, compliance, and compensation administration. * Assist with system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities by following defined test scripts and documenting results. * Maintain user guides, quick reference materials, and process documentation to support consistent system use. Data Management & Integrity * Maintain employee, job, compensation, and organizational data in global HR systems, including HRIS, employee engagement, and compensation benchmarking platforms. * Perform routine data audits, validations, and clean-up activities using established procedures. * Maintain process documentation, data entry guidelines, and audit support files to promote consistency and compliance. Process Documentation and Administrative Support * Document established processes, maintain job aids, and update trackers, calendars, and shared files to support People Operations activities. * Assist with process improvement efforts by identifying administrative pain points, sharing observations, and supporting approved updates. * Collaborate with global People team members to support consistent execution of HR system and compensation administration processes.
