What You'll Do as a LEADS Infrastructure Services Specialist 4 * Lead IT driven change efforts; participate in &/or lead activities to achieve LEADS project tasks/meet deadlines. * Work with NSS, architects & IT Managers to design network architecture for agency applications. * Assist business units in the analysis of solution designs. * Work with vendors, other specialists & agencies to solve integration problems. * Answer questions & present formal mentorship opportunities to peers &/or lower-level staff via conversation, observation or technical documentation., This position is essential, meaning the duties this job performs are critical to the continued operations of the Ohio Department of Public Safety during a public safety emergency (OAC 123: 1-46-01 & DAS Directive HR-D-11). This position will be required to report for duty during any public safety emergency.
