Preferred Qualifications: * Solid understanding of Tax Commission business processes in relation to the GenTax system. * Experience implementing data conversion processes during software version upgrades. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Ability to mentor team members of all skill levels. * Work experience as an IT Architect is a plus. ## Description We are seeking a talented and experienced developer with extensive knowledge of GenTax systems to work closely with an IT development team supporting Tax Commission applications. This role designs, implements, and optimizes solutions across Motor Vehicle Title and Registration, Motor Vehicle Enforcement, Tax Processing, and Property Tax.
