If you have experience in the telecom industry running crews as a foreman or CM/PM, we would love to hear from you., * Advance knowledge of site testing equipment (PIM, OTDR, 3Z, Anritsu, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of telecommunication construction methods. * Ability to answer technical questions related to project construction * Ability to operate company vehicles per OWWC insurance policy * Frequent travel is required for this position * Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Accountable for all work responsibilities, including regular attendance and meeting deadlines * Proficiency with Office 365/general computer use * Patience and persistence demeanor * Required Education and Experience * Several years of in-field construction experience (Telecommunications related) * Some management/supervisory experience required * Posses/acquire and maintain all industry-related certifications (OSHA 30, First Aid, Climber/Rescuer, MEWP, etc.) ## Description As leaders in the building of cellular telecommunications infrastructures, One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. is viewed as a one-stop contractor where our expertise in installing, testing and maintaining makes us the reliable and highly tenured team where we are chosen again and again by our cellular and other industry-related customers. This position proactively manages and maintains quality working relationships with 2-5 crews and multiple customers/vendors. This could include 8-22 individuals at a given time. This hands-on leadership position coordinates crew schedules, time cards, material, and is responsible for most operations related to in-field construction., * Communicate regularly with estimators, project support, and crews to develop insight, identify opportunities, and understand project performance.
