This role supports the development, administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of training programs across the facility. The Training Systems Specialist partners with Operations, Quality, Safety, HR, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure employees receive the right training at the right time, training records remain accurate, and leaders have visibility to training completion, certification status, and workforce capability.
