## About the Role

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Background: Standard criminal background check with fingerprinting required, * High School Diploma or GED required

 * Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
 * 1 to 1.5 years of technical support experience (help desk, retail tech, or similar hands-on troubleshooting background all welcome)
 * Must pass a criminal background check with fingerprinting upon hire

Skills & Abilities

 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect and resolve technical issues
 * Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
 * Comfortable lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. and working in varied physical positions (standing, kneeling, crouching)
 * Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and build positive working relationships
 * Professional presentation for a customer-facing school environment, * High school or equivalent (Required), * desktop support, help desk, or hands-on technical support : 1 year (Required)

## Description

GTS Technology Solutions is seeking a Campus IT Deployment Technician to support one of our clients in an educational environment. You'll be assigned to a single campus providing hands-on desktop and AV support to teachers, faculty, and staff.

This is a great fit for someone early in their technical support career who enjoys customer-facing, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

 * Set up, image, and deploy computer systems, laptops, iPads, and AV presentation systems
 * Provide desktop support directly to teachers, faculty, and staff on your assigned campus
 * Resolve technical issues through the district Help Desk ticketing system
 * Install licensed software and support testing software during testing windows
 * Work alongside Tier 2 Support and Systems Engineers on installations as needed
 * Maintain accurate records of devices and updates
 * Ensure confidentiality and compliance with district, state, and federal policies
 * Occasional travel between campuses may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided
 * Perform other duties as assigned
