Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms. * Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality. * Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations. * Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards. * Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues. * Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus. What you'll own * Will be the company lead into transitioning and maintaining Superhuman Docs. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization's integrity and accountability. * Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.
