Experience: * hands-on IT Support: 2 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Gastonia, NC 28056 (Required) ## Description Ciegate Technologies is hiring a full-time On-Site IT Support Specialist to serve as the dedicated technology resource at a manufacturing client's Gastonia facility. You'll be the hands-on presence on the floor and in the office, backed by Ciegate's remote helpdesk and engineering team. This is not a phone-queue helpdesk job. You'll own day-to-day support users while also handling new-hire onboarding, production-floor technology, physical security systems, and vendor coordination. If you like variety, solving problems in person, and being the person people are genuinely glad to see walk onto the floor, this role fits.
