## About the Role

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cell phone repairs and other electronics and not limited to tablets, ipads, computers, headphones. A strong knowledge of Apple products and Android devices is necessary for this position, we work directly with the insurance company Assurant, therefore testing devices before and after and complete satisfaction guarantee is necessary.

 * Strong technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and operating systems support.
 * Skilled in using hand tools for electronic repairs as well as electrical soldering techniques for component-level repairs.
 * Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting support including screen replacements, battery replacements, and connectivity issues.
 * Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software problems quickly.
 * Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to explain technical issues effectively.
 * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

## Description

* Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other consumer electronics using appropriate hand tools and soldering equipment.
 * Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows; resolve technical problems efficiently to restore device
 * Provide technical troubleshooting support for smartphone (troubleshooting support), mobile devices, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment.
 * Offer exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, answering questions about device issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair experience.
 * Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic results to ensure quality control and accurate documentation.
