As the company continues to grow, they've separated this role to create a position more centered around data, financial trends, and strategy. You'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations across 12 sites, supporting account management, vendor coordination, billing, and other administrative needs while tracking and analyzing the financial data behind this business unit. The goal is to keep things running smoothly while using the numbers to identify trends, make recommendations, and find ways to improve revenue and reduce costs. Although you'll support 12 sites, they are all located within a few blocks of each other in downtown Everett, so there is very little travel involved and most of your role will be office-based. Real estate or property management experience is not required; we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who bring the right mix of operations experience. Over time, there will also be opportunities to learn more areas of the business, including commercial leasing, brokerage, and other real estate operations. This is a team that works hard, gets the job done, and has a lot of fun along the way.
