## Description

Mullinax Ford is looking to fill the role of Quick Lane Service Manager, which is responsible for ensuring that customers receive 5 star customer service. We are seeking a first-rate candidate to help take our busy Quick Lane department to the next level and to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required., * Understanding customers' needs to ensure customer satisfaction

 * Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
 * Keep up to date with new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required
 * Direct, supervise, and monitor performance of all direct report employees
 * Attracting, developing, and retaining talent
 * Engaging and motivating the team to meet performance expectations and goals
 * Ensure all parts, tools, and equipment is available and up to date for all team members to complete work
 * Ensure all employee's receive proper training
 * Track technician productivity
 * Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Quick Lane department
 * Assisting other departments
 * Follow all Company procedures and standards
 * Other duties as assigned
