* Strong experience in troubleshooting and technical support
 * Hands-on experience with:

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and well-rounded IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support at a local site. This is a newly created, standalone role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of IT support operations in a smaller, dynamic environment.
This position combines end-user support, project work, and application support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both daily troubleshooting and contributing to broader IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

 * Provide on-site support for:
 + Computer hardware
 + Windows 10 operating systems
 + Enterprise applications
 + Internally developed software
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
 * Deliver high-quality support with a strong focus on customer experience

Project Support

 * Assist with IT projects, including:
 + Equipment refreshes
 + New system and application rollouts
 * Ensure smooth deployment and user adoption during implementations

Application & System Improvement

 * Support and help maintain internally developed software solutions
 * Partner with development teams to provide feedback and improve applications based on user experience
 * Assist with basic enhancements and ongoing system maintenance

Collaboration

 * Work closely with:
 + Internal IT teams
 + Software developers
 + Third-party vendors
 * Act as the primary on-site IT resource while collaborating remotely with broader teams
