 * Microsoft Office applications
 * Help Desk and end-user support experience
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, * 2+ years of IT support experience
 * Experience with RMM and remote support platforms
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications, We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about technology. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, able to work with minimal supervision, and committed to providing outstanding service to our clients., * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * Help desk: 1 year (Required)
 * Windows: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Provide remote and on-site technical support to business clients
 * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and email-related issues
 * Configure, deploy, and support Windows workstations and related hardware
 * Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks
 * Configure and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
 * Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA deployment, and endpoint security
