Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. * Certifications such as Oracle DBA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or similar. Experience: * Minimum of five years' experience as a Database Administrator or similar role. * Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferred. Work Location: * Hybrid environment with 3+ days a week in the Atlanta Headquarters with limited travel for in-person meetings and events. ? The employee must have reliable access to internet.? ## Description The Data Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of the organization's data operations. This role encompasses the planning, development, and maintenance of dashboards and database systems, while also supporting business continuity through data consistency, availability, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The manager will work closely with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support application development, optimize performance, and safeguard sensitive healthcare data.
