In this role, you will design, program, implement, and support robotic and automated systems used in a manufacturing environment to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions, program and troubleshoot PLCs and robotic equipment, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical and problem-solving skills, experience with industrial automation and PLC programming, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Roles & Responsibilities The essential functions of the Robotics System Engineer position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Maintain, develop, and implement robotic solutions to automate modular construction processes * Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance robotic systems * Program and support robots, PLCs, HMIs, and camera systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and optimize production processes * Analyze and troubleshoot logic, electrical, and mechanical issues * Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovative automation strategies * Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision The right candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative, self-motivated, and focused on contributing to the overall success of the company., Specific benefit effective dates and enrollment details will be provided at the time of conversion. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing and construction environment and requires regular physical activity throughout the shift.
