* 1 to 3 yearsof help desk / desktop support experience (internship experience considered for recent grads)
 * Hands-on troubleshooting ability (hardware/software, connectivity, basic account issues)
 * Comfortable workingfully onsiteand moving between buildings throughout the day

## Description

We are looking for aHelp Desk Support to provide hands-on, customer-first IT support for faculty, staff, and students. This is a great opportunity to help and gain experience asap.

Key Details

 * Pay Rate: $28/hour
 * Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

 * Resolve1525 support tickets/day, from sign-in issues to deeper troubleshooting
 * Providedesktop supportand walk-up/onsite assistance for faculty and staff
 * Deploy and set up laptopsfor new faculty/staff (imaging/configuration as needed)
 * Supportclassroom/AV-related callsin coordination with onsite teammates
 * Assist students withWi-Fi connectivityand basic laptop support
 * Handle light account support such aspassword resets(limited Active Directory use)
 * Communicate clearly: set expectations, provide updates, and escalate when appropriate
