## Description

Iowa State Online, a service unit dedicated to supporting marketing and student service efforts of online programs across the university, is currently accepting applications for a website developer II position.

The website developer will leverage the ISU core theme to design, build, deploy, and maintain the site, utilizing a structured staging environment and a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflow for final reviews and production releases., * Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of applications for WordPress website.

 * Conducts monthly updates pushing changes from the staging site to production.
 * Provides technical site maintenance, including website functionality, navigation testing, search engine techniques, link integrity, and other technical web developments.
 * Programs, maintains, and provides technical support of applications using tools compatible with WordPress.
 * Formulates new methods, procedures, and systems to address users' needs.
 * Document development practices and workflows to support continuity and long-term maintainability.
