Responsibilities include overseeing IE operators and technicians, offering guidance, and fostering their professional growth., * Implement lean initiatives like 5S, visual management, and Kaizen to eliminate waste and boost productivity.

 * Lead the development of facility staff through proactive leadership, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
 * Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
 * Track and drive continuous improvement efforts across different operational areas.
 * Plan and execute improvement projects to meet goals and deadlines.
 * Design equipment layouts and safety measures to maximize plant utilization.
 * Oversee equipment procurement and implementation, ensuring optimal capital expenditure.
 * Collaborate with leadership to develop a roadmap for continuous improvement.
 * Enhance production planning tools and time standards to optimize capacity.
