Specific job-related knowledge consists of Windows server, IIS, SQL administration. Experience with Fiserv applications is preferred; this includes Payments Processing and other Fiserv Premier solutions. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, business units and peers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using a PC or calculator. REASONING ABILITIES Ability to identify and resolve issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, diagrams, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft server operating systems; general knowledge and experience with databases that should include Microsoft SQL Server and DB2. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. ## Description Support and proactively manage Bank applications to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues quickly and effectively. Collaborate with technical support staff, infrastructure engineers, vendors, project managers, and business users identify and address business requirements. Proactively monitor and plan system requirements and upgrade activities.
