## About the Role

* 6+ years of hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products. Fircosoft version v6.12.x and later
 * Strong experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Shell Scripting.
 * Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations.
 * Good understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows.
 * Experience with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL.
 * Experience working with global banking clients and compliance transformation programs.

## Description

Role: FircoSoft Developer with hands-on experience in Fircosoft version v6.12.x - MANDATORY, * Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML, sanctions, and name screening initiatives.

 * Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows.
 * Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications.
 * Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules to improve screening effectiveness.
 * Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.
 * Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
 * Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
 * Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.
