3+ years experience with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion ( Required), We are looking for a full-time, onsite Technical Support Specialist / System Support Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard-working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must have thorough knowledge of Security Solutions like CCTV, Access Control and alarm Intrusion systems, A variety of network hardware experience including switches and firewalls.is a plus. being a Being a quick learner, self-motivated, team player, with a good character is required. ## Description

* Remote configuration of network devices such as switches, and end devices
 * Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems for both local and cloud
 * Provide orientation to new users on how to operate security software
 * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
 * Maintain records/logs for repairs and maintenance schedules
 * Be available for special project assistance on nights and weekends
 * Performs other applicable duties as assigned
