This role acts as a trusted technical advisor to functional leadership teams, driving the alignment of business unit requirements with the corporate technology roadmap. The position facilitates the demand management process, identifying functional gaps and technical capabilities that optimize operational efficiency, customer service delivery, and business return on investment.
