Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with: * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft PowerPoint * Microsoft Teams * Microsoft SharePoin Desired Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience supporting data analysis, reporting, and business operations. * Experience preparing analytical reports and management briefings. * Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and present findings effectively. * Experience creating flowcharts, process documentation, and data specifications. * Knowledge of data management best practices and reporting methodologies. * Ability to support multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. * Experience working in a federal government environment is preferred. * Ability to obtain and maintain any required government credentials or clearances as specified by the customer. ## Description The Data Analyst will support organizational and program objectives by collecting, analyzing, validating, managing, and reporting data to facilitate informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Working independently or under general direction, the Data Analyst will perform data analysis, prepare and maintain data sets, develop recommendations based on findings, and support reporting requirements for government stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
