What You'll Be Responsible For... You will own everything social media from strategy to execution to results. This includes: * Daily content creation (photo + video) inside the clinic * Filming providers, treatments, patient transformations, and educational content * Editing high-quality, fast-turnaround content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) * Writing captions that convert viewers into booked patients * Managing and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms * Scheduling and organizing content through Hootsuite * Running and optimizing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager * Tracking performance and adjusting strategy based on data * Generating leads and contributing directly to booked appointments * Capturing content efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment What "Great" Looks Like in This Role... * You can create a clean, professional before/after in minutes, not hours * You can film and edit multiple pieces of content daily without slowing down * You understand what makes content go viral and what makes it convert * You think in terms of ROI, not likes * You take ownership.
