A high degree of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail is required., * Education: Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related major OR an equivalent of 4 years of work experience in business analytics, BI development, software engineering, data science, or related field. * Programming: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Academic projects and internships are considered valid experience. * AI/LLM Knowledge: Experience using and prompting large language models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude). * Technical Basics: Understanding of APIs, data integration, and general software development principles. * Frameworks: Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and design creative AI-driven workflows. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster collaboration with project partners * Software: Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Preferred Skills * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions-at-scale. * Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. * Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., RPA, Zapier, UiPath). * Prior experience in the construction, electrical, or technology industries is a plus. * Track record of thinking creatively to solve problems and generate innovative solutions. ## Description Role & Responsibilities * Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize the performance of large language models on our AI platform Abacus.ai (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). * Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents capable of automating tasks, answering queries, and improving operational workflows. * Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and other software systems to create seamless solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and translate business needs into technical requirements. * Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world use cases. * Document processes, workflows, and best practices for AI prompt engineering and agent development. * Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and solutions. * Ensure outputs meet the required standards and agreed-upon deadlines., * This job operates in a professional office environment.
