The ideal candidate will have strong nonprofit database or fundraising CRM experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume data cleanup project., * 3-5 years of database management experience, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization. * Experience working with a fundraising CRM or donor database; Virtuous experience is a plus, but experience with any fundraising CRM will be considered. * Demonstrated experience with database cleanup, data integrity, deduplication, and record management. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve data-quality issues. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. * Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume, deadline-driven project. Preferred Experience: * Hands-on experience with Virtuous. * Experience with fundraising or donor databases such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, EveryAction, or similar systems. * Experience working with nonprofit fundraising or development teams. * Experience with database migrations, data imports/exports, or CRM implementation projects. ## Description A mission-driven nonprofit is hiring a Database Specialist. The Specialist will be assigned to lead a comprehensive database cleanup and data-quality project. This role will focus on reviewing, organizing, updating, and standardizing information within Virtuous, while ensuring the database is accurate, consistent, and properly maintained.
