 * Valid Class C driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare's vehicle insurance is required, Class B driver's license is preferred.
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain CDCR Clearance.
 * CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test.
 * During your tenure with WestCare there may be new requirements, including, but not limited to vaccinations that are issued by local, State, Federal, and/or Funders that WestCare may have to comply with. Should this occur Human Resources or appropriate personnel will inform you.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 * One (1) year data entry experience.
 * High School diploma or its equivalent is required.

## Description

Person in this position will be responsible for the data management needs of the agency. Essential Job Functions include those listed below., * The entry of data into the computer system including:

 * Participant Service Verifications.
 * Participant Profiles.
 * SAP/DMC Contact Verifications.
 * DMC billing for several counites
 * Learn several counties EHR system.
 * SASCA/DMC/other contracts Contact Logs.
 * SASCA/DMC/other contracts Authorization for Participant Services.
 * Admits and Discharges from Providers.
 * PSN Verifications of Treatment.
 * Monthly invoice generation including getting provider approval.
 * Weekly Service Verifications faxed to providers for approval.
 * Receive faxes and other correspondence and distribute to appropriate party.
 * Researching and fixing of any error in data that may occur.
 * Assist with any computer problems that may arise.
 * Must Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and
 * Perform all other duties as assigned.
