You will be a valued member of the technology delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, domain experts, DevOps teams and technical stakeholders to advance high-quality product innovation and consistent business value across a global enterprise portfolio. In this role, you will: · Lead the design and implementation of scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices that support complex Product Lifecycle Management workflows, enterprise integrations and global users. · Build responsive, accessible React user interfaces that create intuitive experiences for engineering and product management teams working in hybrid environments. · Integrate Generative AI capabilities that improve Product Lifecycle Management processes, including requirements analysis, design review assistance and intelligent documentation generation. · Partner with product owners, domain experts and platform teams to translate business requirements into secure technical designs, implementation plans and reliable deployment practices. · Improve application performance, quality and maintainability by refactoring existing services and components, strengthening automated test coverage and supporting issue triage and root cause analysis. · Document solution designs, integration patterns and operational run-books while sharing best practices in Generative AI, React and Spring Boot to support team capability and on-boarding.
