While prior experience with LaunchDarkly is preferred, candidates with a strong DevOps background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply., * 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering. * Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, etc.). * Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools. * Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. * Experience with source control systems such as Git. * Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python). * Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk. * Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices. Preferred Skills * Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices. * Experience with LaunchDarkly or willingness to learn feature flag management. * Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps practices. * Knowledge of observability platforms and application performance monitoring. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Experience supporting highly available, production-critical applications. Nice to Have * AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator). * Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management domains. * Experience implementing automation for cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows. ## Description We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes.
