Required:

 * US Citizen, No Sponsorship
 * Experience with GCC High Azure
 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
 * 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
 * CompTIA A+ Certified highly desired
 * Basic understanding of scripting and automation.
 * Troubleshooting and technical support experience.
 * Customer service, listening and teamwork
 * Empathy and being able to relate to the end-user.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to learn new systems.
 * Ability to work in a high paced environment.
 * Strong time management skills and can work independently.
 * Remote troubleshooting methodologies.

## Description

Quantum Sky is searching for a full-time Systems Administrator to join our growing Information Technology team in a hybrid capacity in our Plano, TX office. . This individual will design intuitive and user-centric experiences and information structures for a range of internal projects. As with all positions, we are seeking independent thinkers with creative problem-solving skills., * Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for users both onsite and remotely.
 * Manage and prioritize support tickets using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
 * Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
 * User account management (for example, account creation, assigning permissions, or password resets)
 * Provide training and support for end-users on various technologies and software.
 * Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, installations, and other projects.
 * Document procedures and create knowledge base articles to enhance the support process.
 * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve support practices.
 * Ability to work well with in a team environment
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
