The role requires strong healthcare, EHR/EMR, interoperability, clinical data, and product management expertise to support HEDIS, risk adjustment, payment integrity, and care management initiatives. * Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) * Experience: 7+ yrs., * Bachelor's degree in clinical, health informatics, nursing, or related field; advanced degree or clinical license (RN, health informatics certification) strongly preferred. * 7+ years of experience in healthcare, with direct exposure to EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows. * 3+ years working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role delivering data or platform capabilities in an agile environment. * Working knowledge of clinical data standards: HL7 v2 (ADT), FHIR R4, C-CDA/CCD. * Familiarity with HEDIS measurement, NCQA digital quality measures (dQM), and/or risk adjustment (HCC) data and documentation requirements. * Understanding of payment integrity use cases and how medical records support claims validation and audit workflows. * Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into technical product specifications for engineering teams. * Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging clinical leaders, compliance, legal, and technology teams simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
