## About the Role

Do you have experience in System security?, * 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on systems-level optimisation and awareness of hardware constraints

 * Proficiency in Rust (or C/C++ with the willingness to work primarily in Rust)
 * Experience with SQL
 * Solid understanding of distributed systems
 * Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset

Bonus points for:

 * Experience with Python
 * Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Kafka, and PostgreSQL
 * Understanding of WebSockets, compiler engineering, embedded programming, and/or systems security

## Description

* Design & build: Develop new ultra-low latency components in Rust, optimised for speed, scalability, and robustness.
 * Optimise & scale: Enhance our existing trading infrastructure for maximum performance and reliability.
 * Own your work: Drive projects from concept to deployment. Your code will directly influence trading performance.
 * Collaborate across teams: Work closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to deliver state-of-the-art trading technology.
