## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the data services software organization within Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management embedded systems group, building high-performing teams to deliver reliable, scalable data platforms that enable value for patients and clinicians. You'll shape multi-year roadmaps, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and drive modern software practices to improve quality, security, and cost efficiency. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment, in our Minneapolis area CRM unit.
