A typical day will include:Responding to incoming service calls and ticket queues, providing first-tier IT supportTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and document resolutionsReviewing, preparing, classifying, redacting, and processing documents according to established proceduresUtilizing Microsoft Excel to update, track, validate, and manage document-related dataConducting quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all security
