This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to improve patient outcomes, support value-based care programs, and influence strategic decisions across operations, clinical programs, client success, and executive leadership., + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. + 4-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or population health analytics. + 2+ years of experience supporting value-based care programs, provider performance initiatives, managed care organizations, health plans, ACOs, or provider groups. + Experience working with healthcare claims, eligibility, clinical, or operational data. + Experience developing client-facing and executive-level reports and dashboards. + Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations. + Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering analytics projects in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will serve as both a technical expert and strategic thought partner, generating actionable insights that drive measurable business and clinical outcomes. The Senior Value-Based Care Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance insights related to value-based care programs and contracts. This role will partner closely with VBC Operations, Provider Engagement, Finance, Customer Success, and Data Engineering teams to: + Evaluate clinical and financial performance + Measure population health outcomes + Support quality improvement initiatives + Identify opportunities to reduce utilization and total cost of care + Translate complex healthcare data into actionable business recommendations The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare domain expertise with advanced technical skills and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
