This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and a passion for circuit design, PCB development, and hands-on laboratory work. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers to develop analog, mixed-signal, and digital circuitry while gaining experience in schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, signal integrity, and product development processes., + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. + 0-2 years of industry experience, including internships, co-op assignments, senior design projects, or research experience. + Understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals. + Basic knowledge of PCB design concepts, including schematic capture and multilayer board layouts. + Familiarity with signal integrity fundamentals, transmission lines, timing, and high-speed interfaces. + Understanding of common electronic components such as operational amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, regulators, MOSFETs, and communication devices. + Familiarity with common serial communication protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, and GPIO interfaces. + Experience using laboratory instrumentation for troubleshooting and measurement. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to work well within a collaborative engineering team.
