The role will be to manage existing commodities and develop future designs from inception through launch of the product to end of life of the vehicle line ensuring that new designs meet Design Rules and Requirements. Part designs can require the development and completion of Robustness documents (like boundary diagrams, DFMEAs, SCCAFs). Project management skills are necessary to be successful in this role as it will involve a number of vehicle lines, commodities and parts. Services entail vast depth of knowledge and expertise in implications of data and taking actions based on those, as well as have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer. Accessories products generate additional sales of vehicles, parts, accessories and services.
