## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.
 * 1-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs.
 * Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
 * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
 * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * Travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
 * Consulting or professional services experience

## Description

* Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives
 * Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments
 * Develop and execute change management deliverables including:
 * Communication plans and content
 * Training needs analysis and training materials
 * Change impact and readiness assessments
 * Coordinate with global and onshore teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of change artifacts
 * Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management
 * Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities
