Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs., * Support the day-to-day IT operations, including POS management, hardware and network trouble shooting, and technology support * Maintain an organized approach * Manage Senior Team & Management level IT needs * Micros Simphony System Liaison ? ASU POS * Hardware troubleshooting and installation, * Software programming * Report gathering and distribution * Catapult System Manager ? Aramark Markets POS * Hardware familiarization, basic troubleshooting * Software Programming when POD associates cannot * Report gathering and distribution * Maintain relationship w/ Corporate IT team * ARAMARK COMPUTER & IT Equipment * Internal computer systems, email, server(s), and CC terminals general maintenance and upkeep * Install, implement, deploy and assist in use * Video menu boards maintenance and oversight * Kiosk System maintenance and oversight * Security Cameras maintenance and oversight * RTS machines maintenance and oversight * Backup maintenance and compliance * Access to ASU email ?
