## Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives by driving user adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively utilize new Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

 * Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.

 * Create communication plans that clearly articulate the value and impact of Salesforce initiatives.

 * Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive change readiness and adoption.

 * Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, videos, user guides, and other enablement resources.

 * Support Salesforce and Agentforce rollouts through targeted communication and engagement campaigns.

 * Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness for change.

 * Monitor adoption metrics and gather user feedback to recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

 * Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
