## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or software engineering
 * Demonstrated knowledge of software data structures and programming methodology, computer architecture and operating systems
 * 2-4 years of demonstrated experience programming in C++ and Java.
 * Working knowledge of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)
 * Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
 * Demonstrated problem solving skills and proficient with MS Office suite of tools

 * Work with technical staff to understand and develop resolution of software problems
 * Resolve customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements
 * Assist in the development of software user manuals
 * Interface with hardware development teams as needed
 * Other duties as assigned
