 + 10+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.

 + 5+ years leading large-scale implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.

 + Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.

 + Strong experience with project plan

## Description

As a Facets Configuration Manager, you will make an impact by leading configuration delivery and implementation workstreams that support complex healthcare payer transformation and migration initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Delivery & Transformation team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, configuration teams, testing teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

 + Lead end-to-end configuration workstreams across large-scale Facets implementation, migration, and transformation programs.

 + Develop and manage project plans, milestones, release schedules, and delivery roadmaps to ensure successful program execution.

 + Coordinate activities across configuration, business analysis, testing, migration, and deployment teams.

 + Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities while driving timely resolution.

 + Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery outcomes.

 + Oversee release planning, implementation readiness, and production deployment activities.

 + Deliver executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.

 + Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
