## Description

Experteer Overview In this Senior Salesforce Engineering Consultant role, you will own and shape a mature Salesforce environment focused on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. You will bridge hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring developers and guiding architecture and best practices. You'll work across cross-functional teams, drive integration and CI/CD pipelines, and explore Salesforce Einstein/AI capabilities. This is an enterprise-scale position offering autonomy, impact on technical direction, and growth into senior leadership. Lake Forest, IL offers hybrid work 2x a week with a strong emphasis on delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
