## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide on-site, hands-on IT support to keep core infrastructure reliable in a fast-paced, Apple-centric environment. You will resolve escalated issues across Mac and Windows and optimize key SaaS/cloud platforms to enhance user experience. You'll develop and maintain internal IT documentation and runbooks, standardizing processes across our global team. You'll mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with IT peers worldwide to align on security and stakeholder priorities. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape IT support practices in a globally distributed organization.
