## Description

* Lead discovery and current-state assessment of legacy email and collaboration platforms, including dependencies, risks, migration readiness, and architecture impacts.
 * Design and execute migration strategies for Microsoft 365 messaging workloads, including Exchange Online, coexistence, wave planning, cutover, rollback, and operational readiness.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP routing, hybrid connectivity, tenant configuration, identity integration, interoperability, and email security issues.
 * Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, identity, networking, end-user computing, architecture, and business teams to deliver secure and compliant migrations.
 * Coordinate testing, pilot migrations, user acceptance validation, post-migration support, defect resolution, and operational handoff.
 * Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Exchange / Exchange Online, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
 * Use Splunk Enterprise to search, analyze, report, and dashboard email log and configuration data supporting migration activity and operational management.
 * Create migration plans, runbooks, risk assessments, implementation artifacts, status updates, executive-ready summaries, and knowledge transfer materials.
 * Improve delivery patterns through standardization, repeatable processes, automation, resilience, and a strong user-experience focus.
