## About the Role

* 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading distributed engineering teams.
 * Strong experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and modern APIs.
 * Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise applications and cloud-native architectures.
 * Strong Azure experience, including services such as AKS, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
 * Experience with microservices, clean architecture, DDD, SOLID principles, performance optimization, and secure development.
 * Practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
 * Experience integrating AI capabilities using platforms such as Azure AI services or OpenAI APIs.
 * Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish strong engineering practices.
 * Experience modernizing legacy platforms and improving software delivery through DevOps and Agile practices.
 * Strong communication, product thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise software environments.
 * Preferred: Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, SaaS, or other highly regulated/mission-critical environments.

## Description

* Lead multiple teams of C#/.NET and React engineers across North America and India.
 * Oversee delivery of complex software products and customer-facing applications.
Drive modernization from monolithic applications toward scalable, service-oriented architectures.

 * Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards.
 * Mentor engineers and managers while building a high-performing engineering culture.
 * Lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled product capabilities.
 * Partner with Product and business stakeholders to define priorities, manage dependencies, and execute roadmaps.
 * Establish and improve Agile, DevOps, quality, and software delivery processes.
 * Use engineering and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve team performance.
 * Manage technical risk, resource planning, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
