The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of senior-level PPB&E processes, decision-making forums, documentation requirements, and budget-cycle activities. This individual will analyze complex programmatic and financial information, develop executive-level decision materials, monitor budget execution, and produce documentation suitable for presentation to Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE), congressional committees, and senior Department officials.
